Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email care@necnew.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions (including a prepaid label when applicable).

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Sale items and pieces marked final sale cannot be returned unless defective on arrival. Defective items should be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
