By browsing or purchasing from necnew.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products & pricing. Descriptions, images, and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or erroneous. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay; title to goods transfers on delivery.

Orders. An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification. You will receive a confirmation email and can track status via Track Order.

Intellectual property. Site content — photography, copy, logos, and design — is owned by NECNEW and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, NECNEW is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
